Rob was raised on Cape Cod in East Dennis. He started in the insurance industry in 1979 and moved into the securities industry in 1983.
In 1987, he opened King Financial Services offering a comprehensive approach to financial planning. In 1999, The Capital Group was formed to offer Wealth Management Services.
Since 1995, Rob has been an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network (Member FINRA, SIPC), A Registered Investment Adviser. Commonwealth is a nationwide broker/dealer assisting independent financial consultants.
Rob is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ and is Certified in Long-Term Care.
Elizabeth (Betty) King
Office Manager Elizabeth J. King (“Betty”) is the office and service manager of The Capital Group. Betty is a vital part of The Capital Group's delivery of superior client service.
Betty was raised in Braintree, MA and spent much time managing her family's 56 unit motel and restaurant complex in Dennisport, MA.
In 1994, Betty joined Rob at King Financial Services as office manager.
In 2002, Betty completed the College for Financial Planning's Registered Paraplanner(SM) program
CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and  are certification marks owned by the Certified Financial Planner Board ofStandards, Inc. These marks are awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.
